TransAmerica is a super simple railway networking game. Each player has a set of 5 cities spread across the US that need to be connected by rail. Players place either 1 or 2 rails each turn and the round ends when the first player completes a connected route between his 5 cities.
Its a little more strategic than that however because if you intersect with another players railway you can use theirs as yours so you need to keep an eye out because if luck is on your side; you opponents could be doing half of the job for you! The game is set over multiple rounds to negate the 'luck' factor somewhat and the overall winner is the player who was most efficient in there railway networks.
Don't just take our word for it! Check out this review of TransAmerica.
