Storm over Staligrad uses a very similar play system to the Avalon Hill Classic 'Storm over Arnhem' which has been simplified slightly to keep game time down! Using the Battle of Stalingrad as its setting the game includes the surrounding area as well as the city to allow much more tactical battles to take place!
Players use cards and dice to resolve combat which keeps the game relatively fast paced and action packed!
