Little Secret: - Rules of Play says:
In this social deduction game, you're either a "good kitty," a "confused kitty," or a "spy pup." The good kitties are trying to "catch" the confused kitties and the spy pup. At the start of the game, all but one player is given a "goal" word that only they know; the spy pup doesn't know what the goal word is and, in this game's twist on the genre, the confused kitties are given a false goal word that is related to the real goal word—and they do not know that they are false kitties.
In a round, each player gives a one-word clue about the goal word, then the players vote on who they think doesn't know the goal word, and thus is not a good kitty. That player is eliminated, and rounds continue until (1) only good kitties remain or (2) only two players remain. A game typically consist of only a few minutes, and, once the game has been taught and the cards dealt, the game can played up to 21 times without the need to shuffle or re-deal any cards.
