Best Left Buried: Deeper is a rules-light, fantasy horror roleplaying game - where the monsters are scary and you are scared.
Players are Cryptdiggers; professional dungeon-divers who venture into monster-infested Crypts seeking riches. Survivors might find themselves richer but will be changed by their experience. They are often broken, beaten and diminished - as ruined as the Crypts themselves.
The Doomsayer guides them on this journey, a referee who creates the threatening environments, cryptic puzzles and terrifying monsters the Cryptdiggers's face.
The book contains the combined manuscripts of the three components; the Cryptdigger's Guide to Survival, the Doomsayer's Guide to Horror and the Hunter's Guide to Monsters. It contains everything you need to play, as well as guidelines and procedures for running games.
