WE'RE HIRING! Retail / events assistants wanted in Cardiff!
We're looking for 2x retail / events assistants to work at Rules of Play Cardiff! Could it be you?
Hours: Average 16 hours per week; including regular weekend and evening shifts
Salary: The real living wage, as prescribed by the Living Wage Foundation
We are looking for outgoing, bright and enthusiastic people to help us promote our growing business: in-store, at events and through our social media channels. These roles are based at our Cardiff store in Castle Arcade.
Working primarily on the shop floor and at board gaming events, you will be in constant contact with the customers as a face of Rules of Play, ensuring excellent customer service and offering advice and guidance on board game selection.
Keeping up to date with new releases and industry trends, you will assist with the planning of special promotion of the store's events and with marketing the business.
Whilst a comprehensive knowledge of the board gaming industry isn't necessary, you should have an enthusiasm for the hobby and be able to recommend and teach its leading titles.
