roll for it

Game of the Week – Roll For It. Roll For It is a fantastically fun and family-friendly new dice game.  In the game, players attempt to match their dice rolls to patterns shown on various scoring cards. As simple to learn as the classic Yahtzee, very addictive, and with great push-your-luck gameplay, Roll For It is great fun for all ages, and perfect anyone looking for a light quick game which can be played almost anywhere. Available in both a red and a purple edition, each edition can be played by 2-4 people, or you can combine them both together for games with up to 8 players! Roll For It provides a refreshing break from longer and more complex games, and comes very highly recommended. For more information, check out the video review from To The Table.

Dice Games on a Roll. Dice games are currently undergoing a bit of a renaissance. Games like Roll For It and King of Tokyo have taken the basic principles of Yahtzee and turbocharged them, while Space Cadets: Dice Duel and the brilliant Quantum use dice to create streamlined variants of usually lengthy and complex games. Joining these on the shelves soon will the the highly anticipated dice version of Pandemic, The Cure, alongside dice-based variants of classic space exploration game Race for the Galaxy and civilisation building gem Nations. Last but not least, the exciting new CCG/dice game hybrid Marvel Dice Masters should be hitting the shelves any day now, and we’re expecting this to be one of the big gaming hits of the Summer.
